About Me
Dr. Ramesh Soni
Hi, I’m Dr. Ramesh Soni — someone who’s always been curious about how our land, nature, and people connect. Born in Jodhpur, I chose geography not just as a subject, but as a way to understand the world better. I cleared the NET (JRF) exam on my first try and also appeared for the IAS interview with geography as my optional. In 2017, I completed my PhD in the same field.
Over the years, I’ve traveled across the Himalayas and different parts of India, which helped me connect real-life experiences with what I teach in class. Teaching has been my passion, and I’ve been lucky to work with some of the top institutes in Rajasthan.
Right now, I’m teaching at Utkarsh, where I try to make geography simple, interesting, and useful for students preparing for competitive exams.
