Refund Policy

When Can You Request a Refund, Exchange, or Replacement?

You are eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement if:

 

  • You received the wrong book

  • The book is damaged during delivery

  • There are printing or binding defects (e.g., missing pages, misprint)

 

We do not accept returns for:

 

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Updated syllabus or exam pattern changes

  • Courier delays beyond our control (unless unusually prolonged)

Timeframe to Report an Issue

Please report any issues within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

You must:

 

  • Provide your order ID

  • Send clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Contact us directly on WhatsApp Chat

Refund Process

If approved:

 

  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method

  • It may take up to 7–10 working days to reflect in your account

Partial refunds may be issued if the issue affects only part of the order (e.g., one of multiple books).

Exchange or Replacement

In case of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged in transit

  • Manufacturing defect

We’ll ship a replacement copy at no extra cost, subject to availability. Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on your location.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

 

  • First, check with your bank or UPI app

  • Then, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details
